CPD Reporting Forms

The ICABC has just launched the new online CPD reporting form. This now gives you two methods of reporting your CPD hours:

1. New Online Reporting Form
   
   You can use our new online form to keep track of your CPD hours and submit them.
   
   The online reporting form is available on our new ICABC Secure site. All members were sent login information for the new ICABC Secure site by email. If you didn't receive yours, or lost it, then please contact the webmaster at mikusch@ica.bc.ca for help.

   (For security reasons, the login for the ICABC Secure site is different from the login ID and password for the main www.ica.bc.ca website.)

2. Adobe Acrobat (PDF) Reporting Form

   Click the link above to download the form. Fill it out, sign it, then fax it back to 604-684-1267.
