General Conditions Applying to ALL PD Passports

All 2006-2007 PD Passports are valid from September 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007. They cannot be used to register for courses or order products beyond the expiry date. Any unused portions of the PD Passports cannot be refunded, credited or carried-forward.

PD Passports may not be used until payment is received in full and may not be used retroactively for courses (or products) taken (or ordered) prior to its purchase. No other discount program may be used in conjunction with the PD Passports.

The PD Passport program is valid for ICABC-sponsored seminars only. Some ICABC seminars are passport invalid, but these will be clearly marked on all marketing material. For these seminars, PD Passport holders will receive a special discount, except on those seminars where ICABC is acting as a registration agent only.

Transferability

  • Personal PD Passport – not transferable; only the holder can attend seminars using the Passport.
  • Flexi PD Passport – fully transferable
  • PD Breakfast Passport – not transferable; only the holder can attend seminars using the Passport.
  • PD to Go! Passport – fully transferable

Seminar Cancellations

(applies to Personal, Flexi, and Breakfast Passports)

All cancellations/transfers MUST BE received in writing, either by email or fax. Telephone cancellations/transfers will not be accepted. Cancellations received at least 10 calendar days prior to the course date will result in a full restoration of the passport day. Cancellations received less than 10 calendar days but more than 2 full business days prior to the course date is subject to an administration fee ($50 for full-days and half-days, $25 for executive breakfasts and luncheons), but the portion of the PD Passport used will be fully restored. Cancellations that occur less than 2 full business days will forfeit the entire portion of the PD Passport used to register for the seminar.

Order Cancellations (applies to PD to Go! Passport)

We cannot accept any cancellations of orders once your order has been processed.


Passport Refunds

There will be no refunds issued for these passports once your order has been processed.
