Mark joined ZLC Financial Group (formerly Zlotnik, Lamb & Company) in 1984 where he concentrates on working with family businesses and privately owned companies in the area of estate planning and funding capital gains taxes and shareholder agreements. He is also involved in developing sophisticated deferred compensation plans, including retirement compensation arrangements.
