CFO Leadership Program
Description EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
It takes a true leader to climb to the CFO position and beyond. The CFO Leadership Program is the definitive program for success, providing CAs with the insight and tools they need to make the move. What Distinguishes our Program This program builds on conventional financial executive skills, going beyond the technical accounting and financial topics CFOs already understand. This program focuses on the strategic competencies that enable organizational transformation. The learning process we employ is dynamic, stimulating and fun. Unlike most professional developments programs, the CFO Leadership Program draws on an active learning process with practical applications. We blend the case method of learning, with the power of simulations and the use of feedback and assessment tools to foster intellectual and behavioral change. In addition, a key and unique feature of the program is that you will have the opportunity to work, one-on-one, with an Executive Coach. Who Should Attend Chief Financial Officers, Vice Presidents of Finance, Vice Presidents of Operations, Directors of Accounting, Directors of Finance, Senior Controllers. This program is designed specifically for those CFOs and aspiring CFOs who are determined to move their career and their organizations forward. Meals and accommodation are additional, at the participant’s expense. Accommodation/meal cost will be paid directly by the participant to the hotel upon checkout. We will make the accommodation reservations at the Westin Whistler on your behalf. The average daily charge for accommodations and meals is approximately $260 per night inclusive of taxes (this includes your guest room as well as breakfast and lunch on all days, and dinner on 3 of the 6 nights). One additional person can stay in the hotel room at no extra charge, but will not be eligible for any of the meals. TERMS OF REGISTRATION FOR THIS PROGRAM All registrations must be accompanied by payment. Due to self-study requirements and limited seating, all registrations should be received one month (30 days) prior to the session start date. Changes or cancellation to this registration must be made in writing to the ICABC. Transfers: If you must change your registration to a future date, a one-time transfer will be permitted upon receipt of a written request and received more than thirty (30) days prior to the program start date otherwise, the regular cancellation policy will apply. There is a charge of $250.00 (+GST) to cover administration processing costs of the transfer. Cancellations: The ICABC will issue refunds for cancellation based on the following. (a) More than sixty (60) days before the program start date - A refund less $100 (+ GST) will be granted upon receipt of written notification. (b) 30 – 60 days before the program start date – a refund less $1,300 (+ GST) will be granted upon receipt of written notification. (c) Less than thirty (30) days – no refund. Full program fees apply.
