With the growth of the firm, it was a natural transition to bring PD in-house. The ICABC in-house program allows us to deliver cost-effective PD to our staff on a timely basis. In-house PD also secures high quality instructors and the tailoring of PD material to our specific needs. The institute PD staff are great in that they provide all the material necessary to run the course; we just have to provide the room and the attendees!
